How to Restart or Reset Your Device

Restarting your device can resolve many common issues. Simply power it off, wait for 30 seconds, and turn it back on.

A factory reset will erase all your custom settings (like your Wi-Fi name and password) and restore the device to its original state. This should only be done as a last resort.

1. Find the 'Reset' button on your device (you may need a paperclip to press it).
2. With the device powered on, press and hold the reset button for 10-15 seconds.
3. The device will restart with its factory default settings.
